高温玻璃棉施工建议

在设备表面提前焊上销钉，再用铁丝把高温玻璃棉捆绑在设备表面，当所需保温的设备温度超过250℃时，采用双层保温方式，内外两层玻璃棉的接缝应错开，以免产生热桥造成热量损失。当所需保温的设备温度超过400℃时，建议内层用一定厚度的硅酸铝，外层用耐高温玻璃棉，两层之间的接缝也应错开。zui后在外面包上外裹层，既可保护玻璃棉，又达到美观的要求。
